The second Sunday of Lent.

And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. 2 Corinthians 3:18

It is easy to see how far I am from what God meant for me to be. There are still so many rough edges. I imagine you have your own rough edges, too.

Don't be afraid to examine those rough edges, run your finger along, contemplate how they might be made smooth.

But don't make an idol of your flaws. Self flagellation of your heart, your soul, your spirit, distracts from the Truth that Christ has come that you might have abundant life.

In the same way, count yourselves dead to sin but alive to God in Christ Jesus. Romans 6:11
Live fully! Embrace the joy of your salvation!
